1. Membership & Eligibility

• Membership is complimentary and available to customers who create an account on our website.

• Each customer is limited to one loyalty account.

• Points, rewards, and tier benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred or shared.

2. Earning Points

• Points are earned on qualifying purchases made through our online store, excluding shipping fees, discounts, and voucher reductions.

• Points are credited once the order is confirmed and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in your account.

• Points are earned only when logged in at checkout. Purchases made as a guest are not eligible.

3. Points Validity

• Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

• Expired points are automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.

4. Redeeming Rewards

• Rewards may be redeemed at checkout when logged in.

• Rewards hold no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or applied retroactively to past orders.

• Some rewards may require a minimum purchase or may be used once per order unless otherwise stated.

• Combining rewards with other promotions is subject to system availability and brand discretion.

• If minimum tier points are not met within a 12-month period, members may be reassigned to a lower tier.

6. Gift With Purchase (GWP)

• GWPs are curated in limited quantities and are available while supplies last.

• GWP items are complimentary and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• Minimum spend thresholds may apply to claim a GWP reward.

7. Early Access & Exclusive Perks

• Select tiers receive first access to upcoming launches, limited editions, and special promotions.

• Early access ensures priority but does not guarantee product availability.

• Perks may vary depending on season, stock, or special events.

8. Returns & Adjustments

• Returned or cancelled orders will result in the corresponding points being withdrawn from your account.

• If a reward was used for an order that is later refunded, the reward will not be reissued.

9. Program Enhancements

• We reserve the right to refine, enhance, or discontinue elements of the Loyalty Program at our discretion.

• Program adjustments may include earning rates, tier thresholds, point validity, or available rewards.

• Continued participation after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Account Responsibility

• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated account information.

• We are not liable for points or rewards lost due to unauthorized access, forgotten login details, or incorrect email usage.

11. Fair Use & Integrity

To preserve the integrity of our Loyalty Program, we may suspend or remove accounts involved in:

• Fraudulent activity

• Policy violations

• Multiple account creation

• Abuse of rewards, perks, or promotional loopholes

Any accumulated points or rewards associated with prohibited activity may be revoked.
